Staff members were notably helpful and courteous. They quickly addressed my inquiries and requests. The free coffee machine in the lobby was definitely convenient, especially in the mornings.

I found the soundproofing to be somewhat inadequate, as street noise was noticeable at times. The disturbance affected my ability to fully relax in the evenings. A quieter environment would have been welcome.

The location was acceptable for exploring. It was near many attractions

The room wasn't properly cleaned. The tiles were dirty and there was dirt in many areas of the room. It reminded me of a poorly maintained space. I think they are understaffed, as they did not replenish tea bags or milk .

the location was superb. i appreciated the free delicious coffee at the lobby. the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was great.

The room was not well maintained. the hair dryer didn't work. The replacement dryer also shut off when used on high.
