amazing stay!

the location was fantastic. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the room was spacious and quiet. the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. i really liked having lotion provided too.

the hallway had some broken ceiling tiles, it was a minor issue.

the location is amazing providing easy access to many attractions and the underground i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff as check-in and check-out were very smooth the suite with its well-equipped kitchen was awesome i found it very convenient.

the room was a bit small i believe better lighting is needed as it was very dim.

The location offered easy access to many attractions on foot! The proximity to underground stations made traveling very convenient. I enjoyed a studio room. It was adequately sized and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, a detail I cherish after a long day of sightseeing.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. The tiles were dirty and there was dirt in many areas of the room. It was like a poorly maintained space. I think they are understaffed, as they did not replenish tea bags or milk .

the location was superb. i appreciated the free delicious coffee at the lobby. the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was great.

The room was not well maintained. the hair dryer didn't work. The replacement dryer also shut off when used on high.
